2. POSITION SUMMARY: |
|
The Graduate Trainee role is designed to provide recent graduates with foundational experience across core departments within the Real Estate Division, including Asset Management Services & Solutions (AMSS), Projects, Property Management, and Information Technology. The role involves rotations through these departments, supporting ongoing operations, gaining exposure to real estate asset lifecycle management, and participating in departmental projects to build competencies in project and program management. This entry-level position is focused on learning, contribution to team objectives, and developing a deep understanding of corporate real estate functions. |
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: |

- Support departmental teams in executing real estate projects and operational activities. - Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for project tracking and operational assessments. - Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on assigned actions under supervision. - Shadow senior staff and managers to gain an understanding of key functions and workflows. - Contribute to the preparation of presentations, documentation, and proposals. - Engage in structured learning and development programs as defined by the organization. - Assist in coordinating departmental initiatives, workshops, or inter-departmental activities. |
