2. POSITION SUMMARY: |

The Senior Research Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality research and market intelligence across Dubai’s real estate sector. Reporting to the Research Manager, the role balances traditional property market analysis with broader research into emerging trends and best practices that influence real estate, including marketing, customer experience, sustainability, PropTech, and digital transformation. The Analyst will collect, organize, and interpret data, prepare structured reports, and contribute insights that inform strategic decision-making. This role provides exposure to both real estate fundamentals and cross-disciplinary innovation topics, ensuring Wasl maintains a forward-looking competitive edge. |
