1. JOB DETAILS:

Position Title: Procurement Buyer / Engineer
Reports to: Manager Procurement
Division: Procurement

2. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Procurement Buyer is responsible for executing purchase orders, managing routine sourcing activities, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services in line with approved contracts and procurement policies.

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

Key Accountabilities:

• Raise and manage purchase orders in ERP systems.
• Source low‑value or routine requirements as per approved suppliers.
• Track deliveries, resolve order issues, and follow up with vendors.
• Ensure pricing, terms, and approvals align with contracts and DOA.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Support audits and internal reviews when required.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Executes purchases impacting operational expenditure.

8. SELECTION CRITERIA:

Qualifications and Experience (Essential):

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field..
• 1-3 years of Procurement or sourcing experience,

(Desirable):
