Position Title: Manager - Transformation & Special Projects
Reports to: General Manager of Finance
Division: Commercial

2. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager - Transformation & Special Projects is responsible for leading finance-driven transformation initiatives, process improvement programs, and ad-hoc strategic projects. This role works cross-functionally to drive efficiency, innovation, and best practice adoption across finance operations.

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage transformation projects across finance, including digitization and process improvement.
  • Coordinate special finance initiatives related to compliance, restructuring, or integration.
  • Conduct financial impact analysis for proposed changes or investments.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system upgrades or new tools.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Develop dashboards and progress reports for senior leadership.
  • Promote change management and stakeholder engagement throughout transformation efforts.

8. SELECTION CRITERIA:

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in finance transformation or strategic project roles
  • Proficient in project management tools and ERP systems

Desirable:

  • Certification in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar
  • Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives in complex environments
