Position Purpose
The Head of Business Relationship & Delivery Management is responsible for leading and coordinating all IT business engagement, portfolio delivery, and transformation activities across the organization. The role ensures technology initiatives are strategically aligned, effectively delivered, and create measurable business value.
This position oversees portfolio management functions (PLM, CLM, Golf & Hospitality, Enterprise Backoffice), the Digital Solutions function, Application Development & Maintenance, and Data Analytics — ensuring integration, innovation, and excellence across all IT delivery domains.
The role is a key member of the IT leadership team, accountable for building strong business partnerships, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute IT strategies and delivery roadmaps in alignment with corporate and departmental goals.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for IT delivery and business relationship management functions.
- Lead delivery governance, prioritization, and investment planning across business portfolios.
- Partner with senior business leaders to define and deliver technology initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
2. Business Relationship Management
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with business units
- Understand business strategies, pain points, and opportunities, translating them into actionable IT plans.
- Serve as the primary IT liaison, ensuring proactive engagement, transparency, and alignment on priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement in business engagement models, ensuring IT is viewed as a strategic enabler and trusted partner.
3. Delivery & Portfolio Management
- Oversee the delivery of IT projects and services across assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment with business outcomes, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead portfolio governance, delivery assurance, and benefit realization processes.
- Foster collaboration across digital, application, and data functions to ensure cohesive, integrated solution delivery.
4. People & Performance Leadership
- Lead and manage a diverse team of IT leaders, including:
- Portfolio Managers (PLM, CLM, Golf & Hospitality, Enterprise Backoffice)

Position Purpose
The Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of application design, development, and maintenance across SAP and non-SAP environments. This includes management of internal teams and external managed services responsible for application delivery.
The role ensures seamless alignment between IT and business through agile delivery practices, proactive service quality management, and effective resource utilization. As a key member of the IT leadership team, the ADM Senior Manager enables high-performing, scalable, and business-aligned solutions that support both operational stability and digital transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Development & Delivery Leadership
- Lead all aspects of application development and maintenance, covering both SAP and non-SAP systems (Website, Mobile app, Microsoft)
- Oversee managed service providers (MSPs) responsible for development and maintenance execution, ensuring adherence to quality, SLA, and governance standards.
- Ensure all development activities align with enterprise architecture, security, and technology roadmaps.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, coding standards, and documentation.
- Implement structured development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) to ensure predictable and high-quality releases.
2. Business Engagement & Delivery Planning
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Tribe Leads to fully understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings and agile ceremonies to ensure delivery alignment, team focus, and transparent progress tracking.
- Review and validate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and technical feasibility.
- Participate in backlog prioritization and sprint planning to ensure business priorities are met and resources are optimally allocated.
- Provide regular status reporting to IT management and business stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigations.
3. Capacity & Demand Management
- Estimate team capacity across Business-As-Usual (BAU) and new initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic capacity model to support effective planning and forecasting.
- Balance workload distribution between internal teams and managed service partners to ensure delivery efficiency.
- Present capacity and resource utilization reports with recommendations to IT leadership for prioritization or resourcing decisions.
4. Quality Assurance & Service Excellence
- Ensure proactive quality control across all application deliverables and services.
- Define and enforce coding standards, peer review processes, and automated testing practices.
- Monitor performance metrics and defect rates to drive continuous improvement in quality.
- Implement regular performance reviews of managed service partners to maintain high delivery standards.
- Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement within all development teams.
5. Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, security policies, and audit requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation for all systems and applications to support traceability and maintainability.
