JOB DESCRIPTION

Position : Jr. Marketing Executive

Department : Marketing & Communications - Dubai Golf

Reports To : Marketing Manager – Hospitality & Entertainment - Dubai Golf


Job Purpose :

To provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing Department, in line with departmental and club standards at Dubai Golf. The role will be based at the Dubai Golf office and Topgolf Dubai.


1. Main Duties:

 To provide administrative and technical support to the Marketing Department.

 To ensure all marketing and promotional displays in Topgolf are up to date, including snapframes, screens, and other promotional materials.

 To oversee media and influencer hosting, including coordinating with the operations team on bay bookings and F&B arrangements, completing the required forms, obtaining approvals from the HOD and CEO, sending internal memos, and welcoming media at the bay.

 To coordinate with internal and external clients regarding marketing requirements for Topgolf.

 To assist in the preparation of Topgolf collaterals, menus, and other marketing documents.

 To assist in gathering content for mass emails (monthly e-newsletters, F&B promotional EDMs, etc.), personalized letters, and posters for in-house events and promotions.

 To assist in updating the Topgolf website.

 To ensure the Marketing Department receives the SevenRooms database on a monthly basis and update the database accordingly.

 Compilation of monthly Topgolf Roundup – E-newsletter.

 Compilation of monthly promotions for PR listing distribution.

 Social media support: To create a minimum of three reels per month.

 Overseeing filming and photo shoots.


2. Ancillary Duties:

In line with the Club’s strive for continuous improvement, you may be requested to participate in various extra activities contributing towards individual and organizational growth, as well as attend meetings, training sessions, or seminars to help develop yourself and the club.


3. Quality Responsibilities:

Aware of Dubai Golf Mission, Vision, and Values. Responsible for applying the Four Service Steps while serving internal and external customers.


4. IT Security Awareness:

  1. Read, understand, and comply with all applicable Information Security Policies and procedures of wasl.

  2. Co-operate, coordinate, and share information with Internal and External Audit teams as appropriate and applicable.

  3. Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the wasl IT Department.

  4. All Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, or incidents (actual or suspected breaches) must be immediately reported to the IT Service Desk

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Diploma in Business or a relevant subject

1 year experience in a similar position

Relevant qualifications or training in areas relevant to the job description

Good command of the English language (other languages preferred)


SUPPORTIVE SKILLS

Marketing experience in the golf, hospitality, or tourism industry preferred

Computer literacy

Pleasant, friendly, and outgoing personality

Fluent in written and spoken English

Experience in social media management
