JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : Marketing Executive
Department : Marketing & Communications – Abu Dhabi Golf Clubs
Reports To : Marketing Manager – Hospitality & Entertainment Portfolio
Job Purpose :
To support and deliver commercially driven and engaging marketing campaigns in line with the overall strategy and brand standards of the Abu Dhabi Golf Clubs under wasl Hospitality. The role will focus on promoting golf, leisure, and Food & Beverage outlets across Yas Acres Golf & Country Club, Yas Links Abu Dhabi, and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, with the objective of increasing brand awareness, driving guest engagement, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth across the venues.
The role will work closely with club operations, F&B teams, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively while maintaining brand consistency across all Abu Dhabi golf club properties.
1. Main Duties:
1.1 Report to the Marketing Manager – Hospitality & Entertainment Portfolio and support the day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns across Yas Acres, Yas Links, and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club.
1.2 Support brand development and marketing activities to drive increased awareness, engagement, and revenue across golf, leisure, and F&B outlets.
1.3 Assist in executing the operational marketing and branding plans for designated clubs, ensuring marketing initiatives align with overall business strategy.
1.4 Manage and maintain allocated social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels, ensuring content remains engaging and aligned with brand messaging.
1.5 Ensure all paid social media advertising campaigns are running with updated assets and creatives on a regular basis to maintain performance and visibility.
1.6 Generate creative ideas for promotions, events, and live activations that enhance guest engagement while following brand guidelines.
1.7 Work closely with the F&B and Events teams across the clubs to ensure promotions, events, and key marketing messages are communicated effectively and in a timely manner.
1.8 Coordinate with internal design teams or external agencies to brief marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
1.9 Provide support to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications team across marketing projects and campaigns.
1.10 Monitor campaign performance and produce marketing reports evaluating activities, engagement levels, and return on investment where applicable.
1.11 Manage and update outlet promotions, events, and information on the website and digital platforms.
1.12 Coordinate photography and videography shoots at the clubs for marketing and promotional purposes.
1.13 Maintain and update content calendars for all social media platforms and marketing channels, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
1.14 Support the planning and execution of PR events, launches, and promotional activations.
1.15 Liaise with PR agencies, media partners, and press to ensure correct publicity and coverage of campaigns and events.
1.16 Coordinate with external social media or marketing agencies and conduct regular meetings to review campaign performance and optimization.
1.17 Support key Food & Beverage outlets and club events by assisting in developing promotional campaigns that increase footfall and enhance brand visibility.
1.18 Prepare and submit monthly marketing reports for each club covering campaigns, creative assets, social media performance, digital activities, and PR initiatives.
1.19 Maintain and organize the marketing shared drive for designated clubs and ensure all marketing files, assets, and documentation remain updated.
2. Ancillary Duties:
In line with the organization’s commitment to continuous improvement, the employee may be required to participate in additional activities, meetings, training sessions, or projects that contribute to individual and organizational development.
3. Quality Responsibilities:
Aware of the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values and responsible for applying service standards when interacting with internal teams, guests, and external partners.
4. IT Security Awareness:

Read, understand, and comply with all applicable Information Security Policies and procedures of wasl.

Cooperate and coordinate with Internal and External Audit teams when required.

Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the IT Department.

Immediately report any suspected information security incidents to the IT Service Desk.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED |
SUPPORTIVE SKILLS
|
|
Bachelor of any marketing or business field or equivalent with minimum of an internship in a similar position
|
Relevant qualifications/training in areas relevant to job description.
|
|
Good command of the English language and other languages preferred
|
Marketing experience in hospitality or tourism related industry is preferred
|
|
Excellent Computer skills, with great graphic designing skills and Digital marketing expertise
|
Pleasant, friendly and outgoing personality |
|
Fluent in written and spoken English |
Experience of social media management
