The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the marketing strategy and day to day execution across the Aldar F&B portfolio, including Yas Links Abu Dhabi, Yas Acres Golf and Country Club and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club. The role is responsible for delivering commercially driven marketing activity that increases restaurant covers, builds venue awareness and strengthens the positioning of each property as a leading lifestyle and dining destination.
Working closely with venue management, operations teams and the wider marketing department, the Assistant Marketing Manager will ensure campaigns are planned, executed and measured effectively across digital, social, partnerships and on site activations.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Execution
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across Aldar F&B venues
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions, launches and dining events
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with commercial objectives
Content and Digital Marketing
• Manage content planning across social media channels and digital platforms
• Work with the creative team to produce high quality content including photography, video and promotional assets
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all marketing materials
Venue and Event Marketing
• Support marketing activity for restaurant concepts, themed nights and special events
• Collaborate with operations teams to create engaging guest experiences that translate into strong marketing moments
• Assist with guest lists, influencer visits and media invitations where relevant
Partnerships and Community Engagement
• Identify partnership opportunities with relevant brands, communities and female focused networks to broaden the audience base
• Support collaborations that increase visibility and attract new guests to the venues
Performance Tracking and Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance across digital channels and provide regular reporting
• Track reservations, covers and campaign performance to ensure marketing activity is delivering measurable results
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
Internal Coordination
• Act as the key marketing liaison between the Abu Dhabi venues and the central marketing team
• Ensure marketing requests from the venues are prioritised, briefed correctly and delivered efficiently
• Maintain clear communication with operations teams to align marketing with business priorities
Candidate Profile
• 4 to 6 years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, F&B or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing and campaign execution
• Experience working closely with operations teams in a fast paced environment
• Highly organised with strong project management skills
• Commercially minded with a clear understanding of how marketing drives revenue
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
